Meditation has a long history of enhancing health and well-being and I began my training in Yoga and Meditation in 1984. The path I followed was a traditional tantric meditation and my practice developed during the time I spent as an Ananda Marga nun based in Australia and overseas. Meditation has many benefits, from reducing stress and anxiety to enhancing self awareness, to transforming the experience of reality.
I conduct regular, small meditation classes and am also available for one on one meditation sessions.
